Registration

Please complete all forms and return to the address below. A $20.00 fee is required for annual membership. Registration has been increased to $20 in order to cover the cost of group insurance, which is now required by the Diocese. (If the membership fee is a financial burden, it may be waived. Please contact Clare Willis for more information. If you are able to sponsor a family in need, we accept and encourage you to make a larger donation.)

Checks should be made payable to: Sacred Heart Home Educators.

Registration is ongoing. All forms received by July 1st will be included in the printed member directory distributed in early September.
